The Center for Independent Living of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a registered not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation funded under federal contracts with the Rehabilitation Services Administration of the United States Department of Education under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (As amended), the State of Florida, Division of Vocation Rehabilitation, and the State of Florida Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund.  Services for consumers registered with the center are provided at no cost to the consumer.

The Center for Independent Living of SW Florida, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a registered not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization.
